Insight through digitalization and AI
The RvA is moving forward with digitalization. For instance, we now conduct data analyses for operational, tactical, and strategic information.
With the financial support from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate, a huge step was taken in 2025 with the development of dashboards. These provide insight into our activities and offer clear customer information, so that we can learn and make adjustments where necessary.
Business Intelligence
Our dashboards contain information about customers and assessments of customers. In addition to findings and non-conformities, the dashboards also provide insight into request turnaround times. Furthermore, we have started sharing and discussing dashboard information with customers on a small scale.
Our Lead Assessors use dashboards to identify differences in their working methods. The information helps achieve harmonization within the team of assessors and is used during department meetings to discuss opportunities for improvement.
Data specialists
To refine data analysis and digitalization, we started recruiting a permanent team of data specialists in 2025.
